After reading your site I ordered some NewFocus and Taurine Spray for my friend who was having eye problems. But, she wouldn't try it. The hospital told my friend that her sight was going, and that she had Macular Degeneration as well as floaters.  Her prognosis was very bad.

Verging on being suicidal I advised her to try your suggested treatments saying if they did no good they would certainly do no harm.

Today she went to the optician who is astounded.  She has never seen anybody improve like this and she wants to know all about the treatments so she can recomend them to other patients.

Would it be possible for you to send her details of the preperations for her to take to the optician when she goes again next week to collect her reduced prescription spectacles?

I am following your protcol for Macular Degeneration and have had amazing results. Briefly I begin the program on July 27, 2008 and had my general eye checkup 2 weeks later. There was no visible degeneration in the macula that the opthamologist could see when my eyes were dialeted. I personally noticed that telephone poles, picture frames, and trim around window and doors are no longer bent or wavy. In checking the Amsler grid a grayist circle disappeared with 10 days and currently the grid lines show almost no curve. Also, my perscription strength for my eyeglasses was reduced for both eyes. I am not sure whether I have written to you before about my situation and I hope I'm not repeating myself.
I am very pleased with all the advise from you and other websites. Diagnosed in early December with the dry form of MD (4 stripes, on eye), to my amazement it is now practically gone.

I use the Maxifocus and taurine spray, eat kale practically every day, take Vit. C and E. I did not fancy the microcurrent stimulation at all, and wondered why I should do acupressure myself when I could go to a proper acupuncturist. I have done so three times so far and found that always the day after the treatment, my eye had noticeably improved and remained that way.

It surprises me that acupuncture is not mentioned anywhere, as it is such an obvious choice. I don't know for sure which of the things I did had most effect but the acupuncture worked immediately every time.
I wonder whether acupuncture should not be mentioned as a possible approach to MD improvement?

Incidentally, this is a 90th birthday present for my mother with Macular Degeneration.

She is almost certain her sight with regard to colours and slight improvement in peripheral vision has improved after using NewFocus for almost a year.

I'm seeing much more colour and eyes seem better.
